Narasimha Konda is a hill near the town of Jonnawada in Nellore district of Andhra Pradesh state in India. It is a Hindu pilgrimage center and the site of an ancient temple dedicated to the God Narasimha. The temple was  about 15 km from Nellore. According to the rock inscriptions, this temple was built by the Pallava king Narsimha Varma in the 9th century. It is believed that the sage Kashyapa established the temple on the bank of Pinakini (popularly known as Penna river). There are seven tanks (means Koneru) around the temple with a great hill top view of the river Penna and the Nellore. Every year brahmotsavams are celebrated here in the month of May.
